Job Description / Duties

  • Receive and process purchase orders, both from clients, and to suppliers.
  • Issue sales invoices to clients
  • Issue RFP / Obtain pricing from suppliers
  • Maintain and update client records
  • Maintain and manage renewals and subscriptions, and issue renewal reminders and quotes to clients.
  • Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
  • Answer and handle sales calls coming into department
  • Generate marketing campaigns, both email and social media
  • Organise Sales related activities, i.e. Organise seminars with clients and partners.

Person Specifications/Characteristics

  • University Degree in Information Systems / Marketing / Business or related field
  • Excellent use of both English and Greek language
  • Able to use own initiative, prioritise and work independently.
  • Fast learner with the ability and willingness to learn about new products.
  • Willingness to learn and take professional sales certifications.
  • Organized with an excellent time and task management skills.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team Spirit. Be able to work as a valued member of a team.

Job Description

  • Act as the 1st / 2nd Line Support to clients
  • Provide IT support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
  • Utilize and maintain the Support tracking software; Resolve incidents added to the Support system or escalate incidents to the relevant IT expert.
  • Administration and Support of IT systems – Servers, Network, Telephony and Software which are under support contract.
  • Provide local and remote support to customers.
  • Deploy new hardware and software 
  • Effectively escalate issues.

Person Specifications/Characteristics

  • University Degree in Information Systems or related field
  • Excellent use of both English and Greek language
  • 2-3 Year experience in a similar role
  • Able to use own initiative, prioritise and work independently
  • Fast learner with the ability to master new technologies quickly and to work in a constantly changing environment.
  • Willingness to learn and take professional industry certifications is a must
  • Must have strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
  • Organized with an excellent time and task management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Team Spirit. Be able to work as a valued member of a team
  • CCNA industry certification or complete (3-course) academic certification or equivalent.
  • Experience in managing and administrating IP based PBX systems
  • Experience and knowledge of Networks including Wireless Technologies (Cisco, HP, Aruba, Unifi, Mikrotik, Meraki)

Additional Qualifications.

  • Ability to manage and configure both Windows and Linux Operating Systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot PC/Server, Networking & Telephony issues
  • Experience with Asterisk based PBX and/or CUCM, Freeswitch, 3CX
  • Experience in UTMs (Cisco, SonicWall, Checkpoint, Palo Alto) considered an advantage
