Junior Sales Consultant

This position is ideal for university graduates that are looking to enter in the IT Industry. Personality, self-motivation and a deep desire to learn are key attributes of a successful candidate. The successful candidate will be trained in the whole sales and presales cycle and will receive vendor training from companies such as Cisco, HP, Lenovo, Dell, Checkpoint etc


Job Description:

  • Meet with new and existing customers, build and maintain a healthy corporate relationship with them
  • Learn to generate business and find opportunities.
  • Learn to understand and analyses each customer needs
  • Learn to develop solutions at a high-level and think out of the box to meet client’s business requirements.
  • Work with presales department to develop solutions to meet client’s requirements.
  • Learn new products and vendors, and assist in expanding our portfolio of products and services.
  • Meet with vendors and negotiate terms and pricing for clients
  • Prepare customer proposals that best fit each customers individual needs
  • Maintain and internal processes and procedures and ensure COMIT’s CRM is updated and accurate.
  • Participate in regular group and sales focusing meetings

  • Be highly intelligent and a logical thinker
  • Be self-motivated and ambitious to succeed and exceed targets
  • Be interested in IT and have a willingness to learn new products, services and technologies.
  • Be social and have excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Have excellent time management skills with the ability to work under high pressure to deadlines
  • Willing to work out of hours and study at home


Required Education, Skills & Experience

  • University Degree – Computer Science or Business-related field
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, specifically, Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
  • Fluent in Greek and English with excellent reading and writing skills
  • Knowledge of other languages would be seen as an advantage
  • Previous Sales, Pre-Sales or Technical experience will be considered as an advantage
  • Sales and/or Technical certifications will be considered as an advantage
