On-line order processing consists of 4 easy steps. You add the goods to your cart click the "Continue" button and then follow the on-screen instructions in order to:
- Create an account: In order to proceed with the purchase of any item in our eshop you 'll need to create an account with COMIT Solutions, providing personal details, delivery destination, payment method, etc.
- Verify and confirm the order: If you are not already logged in to your account then you will be asked to Login or to create an account to proceed. New member registration is easy and will only take a few seconds. You will be able to make any changes you like to your personal data and check your transactions history through the “My Account”.
- Verify billing information & delivery address: In this step you have to choose one of the existing addresses or add new billing address. In that address will be sent any receipts that would need to be sent by post.
Payment Method:Select one of the payment methods (Paypal or Cash on Pick up). Your payment will proceed only if you accept the Terms and Conditions by clicking on the box.
At this point, the purchasing part of the order is completed, and your bank account is charged with the total amount of the order. This includes:
- Price of the ordered goods, including VAT
Order details, including item quantities, can be changed at any time before checking out by clicking "Shopping Cart" and following the on-screen instructions. After purchasing is completed, orders cannot be changed but only cancelled. Please see section "Returns - Cancellation Right" for more information.
After receiving your order we will process it and send you a written confirmation of the acceptance of the order to the e-mail address you provided. The confirmation will include the following information:
- Date on which the order was placed
- Registration and contact details of Comit Solutions Ltd.
- Details of the purchaser
- Details of the ordered goods
- Price of the ordered goods, including VAT
- Grand Total
Once the order confirmation is sent to you, the contract of delivery of the goods is considered concluded, and the goods are scheduled for shipping.
Please note that clients can check their history, orders, purchased goods aggreement and goods delivery status, by logging into their account at any time.
Products that are not in stock cannot be added to your cart.
That said, we reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
- A product has gone out of stock during the ordering process and we have insufficient stock to deliver it to you;
- You live in an area we do not deliver to (or in a country other than Cyprus); or
- One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers
If we do cancel your order we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit your bank account any sum deducted by us as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order.

Comit Solutions takes great care when putting information on-line with respect to the essential characteristics of our products, notably with respect to the technical descriptions emanating from our partners and suppliers and the photographs illustrating the products. However, Comit Solutions does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, current, or error-free.
The indicated prices are in Euro and include all taxes including 18% VAT.. Comit Solutions reserves the right to modify the prices at our discretion for any products before you place and complete your order.
All prices and discounts displayed on www.comit.com.cy are applicable only to on-line purchases made through the website.
COMIT offers the following methods of payment:
- Pay using PayPal. This is done during the third and final step of order processing.
Currently, the e-Shop delivers to Cyprus only. For all orders, delivery charge is set to Free.
All delivery times are estimations only and indicated in days.
The goods will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order. Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted, and in any event within 15 days of your order.
The language of the website, and of the user interface used for ordering, is English. Documents we furnish to you during the ordering and delivery process, such as invoices and delivery slips, will also be in English.
When communicating to us information pertinent to an order, you should do so in either English or Greek. We cannot guarantee that your order will be accepted or that the goods will be sent to you if you use any other language.
Warranty and After-Sales Service Procedures
The majority of our products have a warranty offered directly by their respective manufacturers. Please consult the appropriate leaflet or warranty card enclosed with the product to find about the terms and conditions of the manufacturer’s warranty and the nearest service center.
Independently of the manufacturer’s warranty provided with products, all products offered to you come with a legal guarantee concerning product conformity and latent defects, as outlined in the consumer protection legislation applicable in the country of delivery of your product.
Product Cancellation and Return Policy
The customer has the availability to remove the product which chooses from the basket with the function Remove from Cart or increase / decrease the quantity of each product with the - + buttons.
Also when customer is on the Cart field can cancel the order with the function Cancel order or by pressing the back button in his browser prior to payment.
The customer can return any product or item purchased from our website by sending an email to customer service within 14 days from the day it was purchased, and return the item within 30 days from the day of cancellation, and is allowed full refund according to (L.156(I)2004 και Amendment Law L.97(I)2007) given the item or product has not been damaged or altered in any way.
If any product is not working properly or has been received damaged, the customer can contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product; and the company will return with new one. In such cases all extra delivery costs will be covered by the company.
To make a return, take the following steps:

- Send us an email with your Order Details, your name and surname, address, phone number and email address and tell us why you would like to return the specific product(s).
- A COMIT representative will attend to your request as soon as possible and will get back to you with instructions on how to return the desired products.
Goods Faulty on Arrival
If your item is faulty on receipt (Dead On Arrival - DAO) then please email us prior to returning it at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the fault is a result of production we will be happy to have the item returned. Enclose, with the item, a letter stating the fault and who a refund cheque is payable to.
Goods Damaged during delivery
If your item arrives damaged, you are required to contact us immediately with details of the damage. You must retain the envelope and any packaging in order for a claim to be made to the courier for damaging your item in transit. Without all packaging material, you will not be entitled to a damaged goods exchange.
Damaged goods must be reported within 14 days from the date of delivery.
If you have been sent the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for the unit to be exchanged prior to your returning the item.
Mixed goods must be reported within 14 days from the date of delivery.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing of the problem within the time limits specified above.
If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing of the problem within 40 days of the date on which you ordered the goods.
Save as precluded by law, Comit Solutions Ltd. will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business, or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer neither under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Accounts, Password, and Security
Comit Solutions reserves the right to keep all personal information provided by you, including your name, postal address, email address, and password, in its records indefinitely.
Certain features or services offered on or through the e-Shop may require you to open an account (including setting up an ID and password). You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information you hold for your account, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account as a result of you’re failing to keep this information secure and confidential. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. You may be held liable for losses incurred by us or any other user of or visitor to the site due to someone else using your ID, password or account as a result of your failing to keep your account information secure and confidential.
You may not use anyone else’s ID, password, or account at any time without the express permission and consent of the holder of that ID, password, or account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.
